Reservations may be made 7 days a week. We recommend at least 2-4 weeks advance notice for individual treatments and 1-3 months (depending on season) for spa parties and corporate events. Last minute appointments are available. Reservations may be made by calling (450) 932-0712 or (514) 573-3886
At the time of booking any services, we require a credit card to hold your reservation along with a 25% to 40% non-refundable deposit.

Please provide the number of people in your party and what treatment(s) each guest would like to receive. Our spa treatments are performed on a massage table and include fresh linens, soft towels, candles and soothing music.

For a spa party or event, a spa technician(s) will arrive approx. 15 minutes prior to set up the spa space so it's perfect for you and your guests. At that time, please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made.

Our services are in high demand and are often booked days in advance. Please allow for flexibility in your request.

Payment in full is required same day of appointment date. We accept  MasterCard, Visa, Amex, & Cash . A destination fee applies. You will be notified of the amount of this fee in advance.

There is a $75 minimum for services.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment, please call 72 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a 50% charge. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our treatment prices. If you are pleased with your services, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your spa technician. The gratuity may be added to the total cost of service at time of booking if you prefer.

Note!!!

Our spa technicians uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggested remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.

Our spa technicians will refuse or terminate a treatment if; any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation, broken skin or lesions, misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments, Intoxication.
